Saturday, April 18, 2015, the Clark County Children’s Festival will return to Winchester Cultural Center & Park. The Children’s Festival has continued as an annual spring event for 22 years. This year’s Children’s Festival will run from 10 am – 3 pm. Admission is free, and the many free activities include ongoing dance and music performances, arts and crafts, a Korabo performance and workshop, and carnival games as costumed characters stroll the park.
